Charlie Patton Mr. Patton joined RVA as a Public Participation Assistant in 2007.  He currently provides support for the Route 2 Concord Rotary Reconstruction Project for MassHighway and the Urban Ring Phase 2 Project, South Coast Rail Project and Green Line Extension Project for the Executive Office of Transportation and Public Works.  He also helps coordinate the Medical Reserve Corps Program for Massachusetts with the Department of Public Health and supports event management for the Annual Teresa Heinz III Foundation national Heinz Conference on Women’s Health and the Environment. Charlie previously worked as an Editorial Assistant for Scholastic’s Coach & Athletic Director Magazine.  He graduated from Colby College with a BA in English.
