Eric Hove joined RVA as the Senior Regional Planner for the South Coast Rail Project. He is currently coordinating the implementation of the Smart Growth Corridor Plan. Prior to joining RVA, Eric worked as the Acting Director of Land Use Policy for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy & Environmental Affairs. He also served as a Land Use Planner at the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission. Mr. Hove received his Master’s Degree in Regional Planning from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 2004. In his spare time, Eric enjoys cycling and playing hockey.
