Michelle Cook is RVA’s Financial Director. She manages invoicing, budgets and audit guidelines for the firm’s contracts, as well as human resources and technology resources.

She works on several projects including the Massachusetts Coalition for Water Resources Stewardship, Town of Framingham Capital Improvement Program and Methuen Rotary Project, planning and updating websites.

Prior to joining RVA in 1994, Michelle worked for the Office of the Commissioner of Probation where she held several positions, including computer programmer. In her spare time she voluntarily designs and maintains genealogy websites for several Massachusetts GenWeb counties and towns.
