Route 2 Concord Rotary Reconstruction Project, MA Highway Department

I-93 Tri-Town Interchange Project, MA Highway Department

The project is evaluating alternatives to relieve congestion on Interstate 93 by constructing a new interchange between Interchanges 41 and 42 and adding one travel lane in each direction between this area and Interstate 495.  The project is critical to improving the regional highway network, safety and traffic flow, as well as serving as a catalyst for economic development and job creation in the Merrimack Valley.  Check the project website for news and information. Whittier Bridge/I-95 Improvement Project, MA Highway Department

The project will bring the Whittier Bridge up to current safety standards by creating a structure that can accommodate the traffic flow along Interstate 95. The project will improve the bridge by adding a high speed shoulder and breakdown lane in each direction and increasing the travel lanes in each direction from three to four.  Check the website for news and information.
